Lost & Found Pets

One in three pets will go missing in their lifetime.

To help pet owners reunite with lost pets, we provide free and low cost microchips. If your pet is lost, we hope that these tips will help you reunite with them quickly!

  • Put up BIG NEON SIGNS in the area where your pet was lost. Be sure to include your contact information, as well as a photo of the pet if possible.

  • If your lost pet is a dog, join Lost Dogs of King County WA if you are on Facebook. Even if your dog wasn’t lost in King County, you will find excellent tips there for locating your lost dog.

  • Check with your local shelters and veterinary clinics to report your lost pet. Be sure to check back with shelters at least every three days while you are searching. CLICK HERE for more tips as well as a list of area shelters.
